Lemon, Garlic, Basil Chicken with QWEENO and Green Beans

Q: Hey Kevbo! I’ve been eating lots of veggies but I’m getting a little bored. Can you recommend some veggie recipes that I might enjoy? I’ve been trying to follow the raw veggie route to get all nutrients like you advised but I am still sautéing them as well. Thanks!


Here is a healthy recipe for you! It is a well-balanced meal that contains a lot of nutrients and is very quick and easy to make. It took me about 40 minutes to make and I ate it in less than 5, it was so good! Hope you enjoy!   1. Chicken Breasts (2)
  2. Garlic (2-4 cloves) crushed
  3. Juice from 1 Lemon
  4. Handful of Garlic (chopped)
  5. Green Beans
  6. Quinoa
  7. Olive Oil
  8. Salt & Pepper
Directions:
  1. Chop up garlic and basil
  2. Place Chicken into bowl/pot
  3. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt and pepper to bowl and mix everything together
  4. Preheat the grill, bring a pot of water to a boil, bring a sauce pan with a half inch of water to a simmer
  5. Add chicken to grill, add Quinoa to boiling water, add string beans to sauce pan and cover
  6. Cook until all are done to your liking and serve
  7. Enjoy!
