Happy Workout Wednesday! This is a pyramid workout that incorporates sprints, abs, and bicep strength. Give it a try!

Round 1: Sprint 100 yards, jog the remainder of the lap, 20 V Ups, 20 Bicep Curls

Round 2: Sprint 100 yards, jog the remainder of the lap, 30 V Ups, 30 Bicep Curls

Round 3: Sprint 100 yards, jog the remainder of the lap, 40 V Ups, 40 Bicep Curls

Round 4: Sprint 100 yards, jog the remainder of the lap, 30 V Ups, 30 Bicep Curls

Round 5: Sprint 100 yards, jog the remainder of the lap, 20 V Ups, 20 Bicep Curls
