Cones, Stairs, Chest Group Workout

Here is a sneak peak of tonight’s workout. It’s going to be a challenge, especially from an agility standpoint, but it will be a good one!

WARM UP:

  • Hands to Knees
  • Elbow to Knee
  • Hand up High hands to knee
  • Jog in Place
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • 3 laps

AGILITY:

Everyone get 5 cones

Surround yourself with cones in a circle

  • Single leg deadlifts
  • Single Leg Jump Cross
  • Toe to each
  • Plank touch each with each hand
  • Lunges
  • Sprint stop

2 cones

  • Side shuffle touch
  • Sprint, Back Pedal around the cone, Sprint
  • Sprint 2 sprint
  • Shuffle Burpee
  • Bear crawl to spider

STAIR WORKOUT (w/Chest):

Lunges Skip 2 steps

Regular Pushups (10-30)

Walk down squat Jump Skip a step Up

Switch Pushups (10-30)

Single leg hop (R then left alternate)

Spiderman Pushups

Hop Scotch (Squat then one leg)

Regular pushup (pause at bottom- explode up)

Side Shuffle Lateral

Downward Dog Pushups


Cool Down/Stretch
