• Late arrivals may not be admitted into class for safety reasons.
• We reserve the right to deny access to any individual who violates these Terms or disrupts the experience of others.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Class reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancel fee or loss of credit.
• Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
