This full-body seated workout is designed to engage all major muscle groups through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises—all from the comfort of a chair. Participants will perform functional, body-weight movements that target the shoulders, arms, core, and legs. These exercises are aimed at building and maintaining strength to support everyday movements, enhance body control, and reduce the risk of falls.

To boost cardiovascular health and support weight management, we also incorporate a fun and energizing cardio component. From running in place and leg lifts to bicycle pedaling and chair dancing, our goal is to get hearts pumping and bodies moving—for strength that lasts a lifetime.

The class concludes with 15–20 minutes of focused stretching to promote flexibility and mobility. Each major muscle group is gently stretched to improve range of motion for daily activities like tying shoelaces, picking up items, or carrying groceries. It’s a well-rounded workout designed to support a stronger, healthier, more independent lifestyle.
