Megan Blocker is the mother of 14-year-old boy/girl twins and has been teaching group fitness in Northern Virginia for over 8 years. Her favorite class members are her “Silver Sneakers” to whom she teaches a combination of seated and standing exercises of varying forms and intensity.
Megan loves working with the senior population and finds them to be the kindest, most enthusiastic, and responsive students she has ever had the privilege to instruct. She is very enthusiastic about fitness and is constantly learning how to keep the mind and body healthy through movement.
Megan loves reading, dancing, and encouraging her children’s artistic passions. She can’t wait to get to know you and help you become excited about exercise!
