Chloe Triantafillis

Chloe is a yoga therapist (trained by IAYT-accredited Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy in Northampton, MA) and holds an MA in Dance/Movement Education from NYU, a BA in Religion from Columbia University, and a barre certification from IBBFA, as well as two 200hr YTTs (a therapeutically-focused one from BDYT and the second from My Vinyasa Practice led by Michelle Young, C-IAYT). She has completed additional trainings in yoga for the traumatic brain injury community (through the LoveYourBrain Foundation) and yin yoga (with YogaRenew), and is currently working on her 500hr YTT with MVP as well as a certification in teaching yoga for seniors with yoga therapists Carol Krucoff (Duke Integrative Medicine) and Kimberly Carson (OHSU). She has also completed graduate-level coursework in Dance/Movement Therapy at Pratt Institute.

Chloe has been working as a movement specialist and early-childhood dance educator since 1999, and is very excited to begin practicing as a yoga therapist, sharing yoga and movement with special populations! She will begin working towards advanced level yoga therapist certification, C-IAYT, this fall. Her interests in yoga include adaptive yoga, trauma-informed yoga, and yoga for adults and children with special needs.

Chloe is also a mom of 4 (one soccer player and three dancers, who all try their hand at yoga when they have time!) who loves learning about anatomy, yoga teachings, movement techniques, and mind/body connections and sharing the many benefits of mindful movement! She is very happy to be on this journey with Kev’s Gym and is excited to share the amazing healing tools of yoga!

Chloe joined the Kev’s Gym team in April 2022 and serves our clients in Nesconset, NY. Want to book an appointment with Chloe? Click here!
