Who should book a call?

Recruitment
For individuals who have not yet applied and are exploring opportunities with Kev’s Gym. This includes questions about job descriptions, requirements, the application process, or general information about the company.

Human Resources
For individuals who have already submitted an application and are in the onboarding process, as well as current instructors with questions about training, policies, or general employment-related matters.

Payroll
For instructors with questions about getting paid, submitting invoices, pay schedules, direct deposit, or any payroll-related concerns.

Sales
For individuals or organizations interested in working with Kev’s Gym or booking classes. Schedule a sales call and a member of our sales team will be in touch to discuss your needs.

Scheduling
For instructors who need assistance using Jobber, as well as clients with scheduling-related requests. This includes making changes to an existing schedule, canceling or adding classes, requesting new classes, questions about quotes, or inquiries regarding existing or pending requests.

Billing
For clients who are experiencing issues making payments, need revisions to an invoice, or have questions about invoices, rates, or our payment policies.

Social Media & Marketing
For instructors or clients who would like to submit photos or videos for social media or our website. This includes questions about how to submit content, required steps, content guidelines, and what is considered acceptable for posting.

General Customer Service
For any general questions that do not fall into the categories above. Let us know how we can help, and a customer service representative will follow up with you.
