To teach with Kev’s Gym, you must upload a Certificate of General Liability Insurance (COI) to your online onboarding portal. We are required to keep a compliant COI on file for all instructors.
Critical requirement: Your COI must list Kev’s Gym, LLC as an Additional Insured. COIs that do not include Kev’s Gym as an Additional Insured will be marked as not approved and sent back for revision.
Why This Is Required
Many of the retirement communities we serve (assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing) require instructors to carry general liability insurance.
This coverage:
- Helps protect you financially in the event of an injury during a class taught for Kev’s Gym
- May also extend to other fitness-related work you do outside of Kev’s Gym
