🧓 Senior Fitness Instructor
Help older adults stay active, confident, and connected.
As a Senior Fitness Instructor, you’ll lead engaging, all-level classes such as chair yoga, seated exercise, dance/Zumba-style movement, Tai Chi, and more. Classes take place on-site at independent and assisted living communities, memory care units, rehab facilities, senior centers, and 55+ communities.
This role is perfect for instructors who are compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors move safely while having fun.

🧘 Workplace & Lifestyle Wellness Instructor
Bring movement, mindfulness, and balance into workplaces and communities.
As a Workplace & Lifestyle Wellness Instructor, you’ll lead on-site wellness sessions—such as yoga, stretching, and mindful movement—for employees and residential communities. Your classes will help reduce stress, boost focus, strengthen connection, and support overall well-being.
This role is ideal for instructors who enjoy working with diverse groups and creating welcoming, inclusive environments where everyone can feel successful.
