Positive Self Talk & Mental Conditioning

Our goal at Kev’s Gym, is to provide a friendly, supportive, and motivational environment so that you can feel confident and positive during your journey to optimal health and wellness.

It is important to go into a workout with the right mindset and to practice positive self-talk. We will motivate and inspire you to dig deep to accomplish your fitness goals. Before you know it, you will have improved self-confidence and self-esteem and will be motivating your friends and family to partake in your new active lifestyle!

We will be fully engaged and actively participate with you during your workout! That means when you are doing push-ups, sit-ups, yoga, running, etc., we will be right there, by your side, every step of the way to encourage and motivate you to persevere, dig deep, and achieve your goals!

In addition to training you physically, our workouts are designed to build your mental strength and endurance. From burpees in the rain and ice baths in the winter, to 5AM workouts, and 5k runs on snow days, our workouts incorporate an aspect of “stepping out of your comfort zone” which will will “sharpen your mental sword” and condition you to tackle anything that life throws your way!
