Nutrition plays an integral role in fulfilling your health & fitness related goals. Regular exercise is only half the battle!

When you begin a workout plan with Kev’s Gym, you are setting the foundation for a healthier life. Our goal is to instill not only good exercise habits, but also good nutrition habits in your life. In order to do this, we often times have our clients send us text message pictures of food that they consume on a daily basis. We then give them real-time feedback on the benefits and drawbacks of the meal itself and the timing of the meal throughout the day. This has proven to be an effective method in helping to instill healthy eating habits for our clients.

Health is a long term goal! It takes discipline, determination, and some soul searching, but once you get on the right track, you will feel happier, more energetic, and be in general, a more positive and uplifting person!
