Flexibility, Coordination, & Balance Training

Flexibility, coordination, and balance are essential in any workout plan. Stretching is necessary because it restores muscles to their optimal length and can help to prevent injuries. Stretching also reduces stress/anxiety, improves posture, reduces lower back pain, increases blood flow and nutrients to all areas of body, and improves range of motion. Coordination and balance exercises are also integral in establishing strength to take on everyday activities and to be able to do other exercises with the correct form.

Depending on your specific goals, you can expect to have the following incorporated in your workout plan:

  • Yoga
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Static Stretching
  • Bosu Ball Balance Trainer
  • Stability Ball Training
  • Balance Board Training
