Kev’s Gym provides professional, compassionate, and friendly in-home and/or remote personal training for seniors nationwide!

  4. Customized workouts for you! Kev’s Companions have extensive experience working with all types of seniors. From providing chair yoga classes for seniors living at assisted living and memory care communities, to leading exercise programs for seniors at country clubs and 55 and over communities, our instructors will tailor a fitness program that best meets your needs to most effectively and efficiently help get you to where you need to be. Different types of workouts include: Chair yoga, Vinyasa yoga (on mat), seated exercise, standing exercise, Seated/standing Tai Chi, Zumba, and Dance.
