At Kev’s Gym, we proudly deliver on-site fitness classes for seniors across the United States. Our programs are tailored for retirement communities, independent and assisted living facilities, memory care units, skilled nursing and rehab centers, 55+ communities, senior centers, and country or social clubs.

All of our classes are seated and bodyweight-based, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and accessible to individuals of all mobility levels. While our core offerings are designed for seniors who prefer or require seated movement, we are happy to incorporate standing postures upon request—always with a strong focus on safety and fall prevention. Our goal is to provide a challenging, engaging, and effective fitness experience for every participant, without compromising their well-being.

Our Classes

Seated Yoga

A gentle, restorative practice for seniors who prefer the support of a chair. This class features mindful breathing, seated poses, and light stretching to promote relaxation, balance, and flexibility. It’s perfect for calming the nervous system and improving overall physical and emotional well-being.

Seated Exercise: Sit and Be Fit!

This full-body, seated workout focuses on strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular health. Exercises target all major muscle groups and incorporate movements like seated leg raises, arm lifts, and cardio intervals. We end with a 15–20-minute stretching routine to support mobility for daily tasks like tying shoes or lifting groceries.

Seated Zumba/Dance

Zumba Gold: A lively, music-driven class with easy-to-follow dance moves set to Latin rhythms like salsa, merengue, and reggaetón. It’s all about fun, movement, and boosting coordination.
Belly Dance: This low-impact dance format blends celebration and culture with movement. It’s a wonderful way to build core strength, flexibility, and joy through flowing movements and rhythmic beats—all from the comfort of a chair or standing with support.

Seated Tai Chi

Tai Chi is often called “meditation in motion,” and for good reason. Our seated Tai Chi classes focus on slow, flowing movements that enhance flexibility, coordination, and mental clarity. Ideal for seniors with limited mobility, Tai Chi supports better sleep, mood, and cardiovascular function while reducing stress.
