Kevin started Kev’s Gym to educate, motivate, and inspire people to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. From one-on-one personal training, to group fitness classes for seniors, Kevin strives to assist a wide range of clientele to achieve their unique health and fitness goals.

Kevin has a passion for fitness and for helping out the community. He is an avid runner and participates in marathons as well as triathlons and bike centuries. One of his fitness goals is to travel the world and run marathons on every continent! In addition to Kev’s Gym, Kevin runs a non-profit organization called The Barbera Foundation which creates, organizes, and promotes volunteering opportunities for those looking to give back.

Life is a long journey, and Kevin believes that experiencing it with a healthy mind and body can make you, and those around you, more energetic, optimistic, and vibrant people.
